SPORT CENTER - CUNEO, ITALY

The project brings together a sports hub, a commercial hub, a central plaza and a large landscaped green area, creating an integrated destination for sport, leisure, retail and community activities.

Located on the eastern side of the site, the sports hub includes a flexible arena, a three-star hotel, medical center, spa, fitness facilities and gymnasium areas. The arena is designed to adapt to different configurations, hosting amateur and professional sports as well as concerts, conferences and cultural events.

The commercial hub combines retail, leisure and food & beverage uses, while the central plaza acts as the main connecting element between the different functions. Green areas, outdoor sports facilities and pedestrian routes extend throughout the site, creating a continuous relationship between architecture, landscape and public space.
