A large existing structure has been seamlessly integrated with a new addition, creating a more open, welcoming and harmonious architectural composition.
The project redefines the identity of the complex through the renovation of the front section, including the redesign of the façade, interior common areas, lobbies, meeting rooms and laboratories. The intervention brings greater clarity to the building’s organization, improving both the user experience and the relationship between existing and new spaces.
Facing the main entrance, a covered amphitheater creates a new outdoor focal point for the campus. Conceived as a flexible space for events, conferences and informal gatherings, it extends the life of the building beyond its interior functions.
At the same time, the amphitheater offers employees a place to pause, meet and interact, encouraging social exchange and collaboration within the everyday working environment.
The result is a project that combines functional efficiency, architectural continuity and a more human-centered approach to workplace design.
