COMMERCIAL COMPLEX LINGANG 3 - SHANGHAI, CHINA

Located in the new Dishui Lake Financial Bay district within Shanghai’s Lin-gang Special Area, the 50,000 m² project is a new office complex overlooking the Dishui Lake waterfront.
It is composed of two terraced buildings whose stepped volumes create generous green terraces and offer wide views of the lake, while integrating harmoniously into the urban context.
A central public plaza acts as an urban hub, enhancing connectivity within the district. The layout also creates a visual corridor between the two main buildings, extending the view toward the lake and reinforcing the dialogue between architecture and landscape.
Large glazed façades ensure transparency, natural light, and visual continuity, while the alternating rhythm of glass and metal elements gives the complex a clear and contemporary identity. At night, the transparent horizontal bands transform the project into a luminous landmark on the waterfront.
Inside, flexible office spaces, meeting rooms, and ground-floor retail areas are designed according to principles of sustainability and environmental comfort.
The project is completed by public green areas, pedestrian and cycling paths, and a waterfront promenade, creating a vibrant new business hub for Shanghai.
