Schindler’s renovated headquarters in Concorezzo brings together multiple existing buildings into a cohesive corporate campus, redefining the idea of a contemporary workplace.
The project integrates offices, an auditorium and a cafeteria within a unified architectural system, combining functionality, clarity and a refined design language. A distinctive exterior façade contrasts with minimalist interiors, while dynamic façades, energy-efficient shading systems and generous green spaces support the project’s sustainable approach.
By removing the perimeter fencing, the intervention opens the campus to its surroundings, creating a stronger relationship between corporate spaces, landscape and the public realm. The result is an innovative and sustainable workplace model for Lombardy.
