The project is conceived as a new urban gateway: a workplace complex capable of connecting the intimate scale of the neighbourhood with the wider transformation of the district.
The proposal is structured around three independent volumes, organized around a central public space that works both as the main lobby and as a covered urban square. This space becomes the core of the project: a place of access, connection and interaction, linking Via Adamello with the central park and creating a new permeability within the block.
The massing responds to the alignments and proportions of the surrounding buildings, completing the urban fronts with a discreet and coherent gesture while introducing a contemporary architectural identity.
The three volumes are designed with different characters, allowing maximum flexibility for mono-tenant or multi-tenant configurations. Inside, the workspaces are organized along the façades to ensure efficiency, natural light, ventilation and adaptability.
Materiality and lightness define the architectural language: a solid, contemporary base gives way to a lighter upper volume, conceived with a laminated timber structure. Sustainability, flexibility and wellbeing become the foundation of a new workplace model for the post-pandemic city.
