Located in the new Dishui Lake Financial Bay district within Shanghai’s Lin-gang Special Area, the 50,000 sqm development is a waterfront office complex designed to establish a strong relationship between architecture, landscape, and public realm.
The project is composed of three buildings strategically arranged to maximize lake views and generate generous green open spaces, while maintaining a balanced integration with the surrounding urban fabric. A central public plaza acts as the social and spatial core of the scheme, strengthening district connectivity and activating the ground level. The massing also creates a visual corridor toward the lake, reinforcing the dialogue between built form and natural context.
Fully glazed façades provide transparency, abundant natural light, and visual continuity, while the alternating rhythm of glass and metal elements defines a clear and contemporary architectural identity. At night, the horizontal transparent bands turn the complex into a luminous waterfront landmark.
The interiors accommodate flexible office layouts, meeting facilities, and ground-floor retail spaces, all designed according to principles of sustainability and environmental comfort. Public green areas, pedestrian and cycling paths, and a waterfront promenade complete the masterplan, shaping a vibrant and accessible new business hub for Shanghai.
