KINSHASA BUSINESS HUB - CONGO, AFRICA

Located in a business and governing district in Africa, this project aims to reconnect a crucial site, which is home to an outdated hospital, to its surrounding neighborhood through a mixed-use masterplan with a forward-looking design rooted in precolonial central Africa. The site is planned to be redesigned to welcome a brand new 30,000 sqm hospital with 300 beds, a 20,000 sqm commercial and office area, a 22,000 sqm high-end apartment tower with 100 apartments and a 28,000 sqm premium housing complex with 205 apartments.
